date fields

If a date should not be able to be selected by user, please gray it out. It is confusing to the user if it is the same as selectable date.(INFRAGISTICS---WebDateChooser)

You can put this suggesting to infragistics.

But some other third party tools do keep the option to change the apperance depending on the state of its Enabled property

In our company INFRAGISTICS was installed in VS.so i should solve d bug using INFRAGISTICS tool which had WEBDATECHOOSER.

Exactly,
INFRAGISTICS is a 3rd part solution provider who charge money to provide solution and support for they deliver.
So it is advisable to ask them about it and search through their knowledge base about any such issues.
