uploading website

hello everyone.

i have added some more modules to my asp.net2.0 project. now i want to upload these new modules

till now i always do it like first remove the existing website and than compile it with new modules than upload it.
The issue is it takes long time to remove and upload again.

is there is any way so that i can do it without removing the existing website or only new modules can be uploaded .
i have tried to compile it with existing site and upload only bin directory with aspx pages but it did not work .
thank u in advance.
