Check for lost session

What is the easiest way to check for a loss of session varibles? So far I am checking for a value with one of the variables I am passing, but that has resulted in mixed results and I know there has to be an easier way to do it. I am using .Net 2.0 and C#.

Once I lose the value I will do a redirect, but that is easy enough to sort out... ;)

If you "lost" your session, it would be empty (well save for the stuff that is automatically added in)
Checking to see if a value is in there should be work just fine.

I ended up going this route (see below) and it works well. For some reason just checking for one particular value was not real reliable.

Well I don't know why it wouldn't be reliable, but at least you found a solution
