Upload more than 2MB files into FTP server directory in ASP.NET(VB) WEb application

Hi Guys
I have a web application (asp.net(VB))application in which
1) if i select an attachment of < 2MB file it should directly go to the concern ID (email) with attachment.
2)when i select a file which is greater than 2MB,that file should go to FTP server in 'emails' folder in zip format, and only URL should be send to the concern Id to whom we are sending it to.(for eg:ftp://nnmm.com/emails/emaildocuments.zip) so that they download from FTP Server by giving credentials.i did but only 256KB files are getting uploaded into ftp server through code.Is there any other alternative?

3)After 60 days those files(>2MB) should get expired from that 'emails'folder.
any one have idea of chronjob scripting?

if any one familiar with first 2 points please do reply
thanks and regards
sandeep
