How to Execute .NET programs into IIS server

Dear Friends,
I have developed a program with ASP.NET as well VB.NET. It is working very well in the Visual Studio 2005. But i have a computer with out installed .NET software. But installed with IIS Server. So i want to copy the above programs and it should work with out any problem. Please Explain me the procedures. I tried in many way but not getting Answer.

Go into the admisnitrative tools and select IIS,
You should enable Asp .Net hosting in it.

If it can host asp .net applications then .Net will most probably be installed (though with the installation of IIS, .Net might have been installed too)

but to test it copy the files in the root directory of the server and test if it can open up the webpages
