Help capturing packets with C#

ello..im ayu.i new at here.i how u all can help me. i need to do some project about capture packet by using C#.net.but i don't have any experience about it.can anybody help me?

I've merged these two threads, I realize that they came from other sections and is not exactly a double post, but you still should not be posting the question multiple places.
