I have installed PMCMGMT.EXE on my XP SP2 workstation. I can add my print
servers and view the drivers, ports, printers, and so forth. However I can
not view the properties of the printers. When I right click on a printer I
get the following menu—Pause printing, remove from directory, rename printer,
deploy with Group Policy, delete, and help. When I run it from my Windows
2003 R2 print server I can manage all of the components of the printer. Is
there a way to run this on a workstation and get the same functionality as
the server? I understand if you can not do this but it never hurts to ask. 2 4714
You might want to post your question to a newsgroup with "Windows" in the
description. This is a .Net programming newsgroup.
