Chinese Script on my Hotmail - Can't get in

Since 1/1/08 my account has been unaccessable. I was working with it and it
went to Chinese. I checked my language settings...it was on English...I
speak English! Eventually it logged me out and I can't get back in. The
change password won't work for me either. It would seem my account is still
active I just can't get in. Of course I'm not a computer whiz, and I can't
get a real person on MSN to help. I use this account for both business and
pleasure and have lost lots and lots of necessary data. If only I could get
my contacts and business stuff out...I could live with changing the address.

I would like advice and best of all solutions (that I can understand) from
everyone...please get me out of this.

Thanks a lot!
