Can't change the size of the child form

I have a child form derived from a parent form. The parent form is of
decent size. However, the child form is small.

I tried to change its Width and Height in the "Properties" dialog. But
it doesn't allow me to - It changed back to its old values right away.
Anyone could advise me on how to get the size of the dialog changed?
