Memory Leak Detection in Visual C++ 2005/2008 CLR applications

rk
Is there a way to detect memory leaks in Visual C++ 2005/2008 CLR
applications?

Using

#define _CRTDBG_MAP_ALLOC
#include <stdlib.h>
#include <crtdbg.h>

etc. as recommended in

http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/lib...h3(VS.80).aspx

causes the linker errors:

error LNK2028: unresolved token (0A000237) "void * __clrcall operator
new(unsigned int,int,char const *,int)" (??2@$$FYMPAXIHPBDH@Z)
referenced in function "void * __clrcall operator new(unsigned int)"
(??2@$$FYMPAXI@Z)

error LNK2019: unresolved external symbol "void * __clrcall operator
new(unsigned int,int,char const *,int)" (??2@$$FYMPAXIHPBDH@Z)
referenced in function "void * __clrcall operator new(unsigned int)"
(??2@$$FYMPAXI@Z)

Thanks
rk
