comp+ components in dotnet

hi,
i have an com+ component, i used in my applicattion. when run this componet it will use operoffice. s, the component used to convert my word document file to pdf file. i deployed in server(windows 2003). i tested from some other location.
when the server machine is in loggin, it is working fine.
when the server machine is in loggoff it is not working.
error message: unable to conver opent office document.

this is the proble, anybody help me.
