To execute an sql command just do this:

SqlConnection conn = new SqlConnection("my conn string");
SqlCommand comm = new SqlCommand (conn);
comm.CommandText("Update mytable set WebSiteName = 'csstemplatesforfree.com'");
conn.Open();
comm.ExecuteNonQuery();
conn.Close()
