How to write serially received data to a dataset of a sql database

1
Hi,

Im currently working on a project where i need to receive data from ultrasonic sensors using serial communication and need to write these data to a sql database.

Im using the following code to receive data,

String hexnum = serialPort1.ReadLine();
int data = Int32.Parse(hexnum, NumberStyles.HexNumber);

by using this i can successfully write the data to an excel file. I want to know how to write this to a dataset using C#.

Any help would be really appreciated. Thank you.

Usually you bind the data to the dataset:
