Problem with TreeView Control in .Net 2.0

Hai All,

I am doing one .Net 2.0 C# Windows appliacation .

In that i am having one treeview control. with some nodes.
i am having this event
private void treeView1_AfterSelect(object sender, TreeViewEventArgs e)
{

//In this event i am calling some other fucntion which will return bool value.
//Now if the Bool value is False, i want make the treeview selection null and return
i am doing like this
if (!true)
{

TreeviewControl.SelectedNode = null;

return;
}
so the selceted item is changed this treeView1_AfterSelect is again raising.
how to resolve this. If the bool value is false, the selection should go. how to do it.
