Unable to start debugging on web server

Hi every one

I reinstall my OS and Dot net -2003 and I had a project which was working fine previously but after reinstall when I tried to run that application I am getting this error (“Unable to start debugging on the web server . The project is not configured to be debugged”)

Kindly help me

Yes Debug = True in web.config file

ok if i create a new application in this new installed environment ,it is working fine,but still unable to run the previous Application

I need a quick reply as the application is in production and i am work on support for that application
