Add References with Code

Hi,
I'm using C#.
If we must add reference our application we are going to open Solution Explorer then right clicking -> selecting Add Refecence.-> Selecting Reference .... etc. as you know.

But for big applications Is It possible to adding references to our application at runtime with code lines.??

In fact I want to use MainMenu.exe application which developed by me then I want to collect .dll files which are in the same file with MainMenu.exe. In MainMenu.exe I want to collect all dll files and creating MainMenuBar items dinamically.

Is there anyone who can help me?
