value structs

I have some unmanaged structures which only contain basic data types.
For example:

struct Vector3
{
float x;
float y;
float z;

// methods
};

I want to use these in a managed class (without pointers). This is
basically a value struct. Is there a way to get this to work. I
don't want to have to duplicate the code by rewriting everything in a
value struct.
