out of memory

Hi friends i have some problem . I am doing project with vb,net 3.0 . I am getting a run time exception , I am getting a messge window mentioning that "out of memory".
this message box have three button DETAILS , CONTINUE , QUITE

when details button click then i am getting folowinf message.

The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the machine
rather than being handled by this dialog.


Also tell me how to identify line to which this exception generate.
also tell me how to use JIT debugger.
