Cannot remove RealPlayer 7 Basic from my computer

Wen I use the Install/Uninstall feature on my computer to remove
RealPlayer7Basic from the computer, I get an error message telling me that I
do not have sufficient rights and should contact the system administrator. I
am the only person using this computer and I installed the program myself.
How do I get rid of it.

Sorry, I thought I was in the section where I could ask a general question.
Not so?

It's not your fault, the MSFT guidance as to which Usenet group to use is
appalling.
If you are using W2K try microsoft.public.win2000.general
If you are using XP try microsoft.public.windowsxp.general

Thank you very much for you kind response Gerry. I am using Vista but from
the information you provided, was able to locate the correct general area I
needed to be in.
