Netcom3 Registry Cleaner

I downloaded Netcom3 registry cleaner. I later decided that I did not want
to use the program, so I uninstalled it, but it pops up every time I turn on
my computer. Is it hidden somewhere and how do I get rid of it??

You're posting to the wrong forum. If your operating system is XP, then you
need to post to Microsoft.public.windows.XP.General as an example.
