using mailto function

Hi Everyone,
Is it possible to display html table in the body content of the mail
using mailto function. I have tried encoding this, but it displays as text.

Hi,
My requirement is to popup the default mail client(ie., outlook
express or Ms-outlook) and i need to paste the template which is in
table format in the body content of the mail.
