VB.net:-retrieves that data

Hello friends,

i have an application that retrieves the value from one application and stored into database now i want to retrieves that data again and stored in table on another form with VB.net.......Please help me urgently

what is your problem???
retrieving value from database???? OR
storing value in a table??? OR,
showing those values in a form???

WHAT???

please elaborate.............!!!
