Specifying SOAP-over-UDP binding in WSDL

I've tried checking several books and consulted google in all the ways
I can think of but I can't find any examples of anyone ever having
specified a SOAP-over-UDP binding in WSDL. SOAP-over-UDP defines a
binding for SOAP envelopes to datagrams but I can't figure out how to
specify that binding from within WSDL. Am I missing something
elementary here or can it be that no one has ever used UDP with web
services?
