rundll error loading message

Hi can anyone help as soon as i switch my computer on i get a blue rundll box
come up tried various things to get rid but no luck
i.m not very computer savvy so hope someone can help
the message is as follows
error loadingC:\windows\system32\gdygqfyi.dll
the specified module could not be found

i use windows xp home edition
