Unable Sending Email in Dotnet using Lotus Notes Client gives Error

P: 1

I am working on a scenario . And scenario is I am trying to send an Email using my Lotus notes Client Id ( Lotus notes :- is used for messaging and sending mails work as a middleware)

I have an ASP .NET website running on a IIS Server with Lotus note is running at the machine where server is running.

One client sends the request to the server and correspondingly mail goes to the respective person as mentioned.

I am using a namespace in Dotnet to use lotus notes functionalities.

This is working fine in VB where the DLL of lotus notes is registered and working fine in VB and VB .Net i.e. windows based scenario .

My question here is : its not working in web(client server)scenario where IIS(I am using IIS 6.0) comes in picture .

I have checked but it says by default authentication for IIS is anonymous mode and to change I need to implement impersonation.
i.e. to Add new use id and password in web.config file to check with the Admin user. I did that but that again is not working .

It says : When running on a server, you must have UNRESTRICTED access in order to set environment variables or get system variables
I am unable to find wat environment variable it is talking about.
Even checked on google.

Can u suggest me something gud to fix this issue.
