how to execute one project from other in .Net

i have created two projects named TEST1,TEST2 and kept under a common folder TEST in .NET Windows Applicaton.i need to run TEST1 from TEST2.we dont hav small business server. is it possible ? what should be done. is it possible to place both TEST1,TEST2 under TEST3? pls give me solution.
