oleDbconnection with MS Access

How do i connect with MS Access in desktop application, The connection string, when i use ConfigurationManager.ConnectionStrings["inventorydbconnectostring"].ConnectionString;
It does not open the connection and the exception message is fail to initialize connection.

Have you tried this website http://www.connectionstrings.com/ ?
There are connection strings for most data types.
