Changed source but it still thinks it's up-to-date

This is not that big a deal. But today I changed some source code, hit
'build' and it did nothing because it said it believed the source was
up-to-date! I'm using VS VC++ 2008 Express (Beta 2), so since this is Beta,
this could be a bug. This has only happened once that I've noticed.

I tend to always use "re-build" anyway...

A few other gliches I've noticed. Intellisense sometimes stops working (so
what else is new? :). And occasionally in the Release build some code says
it doesn't exist when I try to place a breakpoint on it, even though it
recognizes its existence in the Debug build.
