Microsoft Natural Ergonomic Keyboard 4000 key malfunction

Hello

I just bought a Microsoft Natural Ergonomic Keyboard 4000 and the z,x,c, and
the return enter keys don't work.

Am using a Windows XP pro OS, and i would like someone to tell me whats
wrong and how to resolve this issue, as its brand new

What is wrong is the z, x, c and Enter keys don't work.
What to do is take/send it back to the supplier for replacement.
