Where can I change Web Reference URL in VS2005?

I used to be see or change the Web Reference Url in VS2003 by right clicking
on the web reference and click properties. I don't see this in 2005?

Web references are kept in the app.config or web.config file in 2005

...Or you can set the Url property on the proxy class.
