Calling on a Web Service to create a user account in LCS

Greetings:

I am attempting to generate a Microsoft Office Communicator 2005 client
installer that needs to interface with a Web service that resides on the LCS
Server. Specifically, the Web Service has the following two methods:

GetLCSState ( Domain As string , SamaccountName As string ) As LCSState

LCSEnableAccount ( Domain As string , SamaccountName As string ,
EmailAddress As string , Operator As string , Tool As string ) As string

The GetLCS State method is to query the Web Service and verify if a user has
a valid account on the LCSver. Two parameters are required.
The LCSEnableAccount method is to create an account for the user if one does
not already exist. It expects five parameters.

I was able to use the WSDL tool to generate the necessary CS file; the Web
service is also discoverable from a DISCO call.

I was also able to use Visual Studio 2005 to add a Web reference to the
Service. As I am new to writing .NET code, I did not find any help that
could walk me through developing a silent EXE that could interface with the
Web Service to perform these two tasks.

Any assistance to move this effort further from creating a VB.NET project
Windows Application and generate a Web Reference would be appreciated.

Regards,

-J
