getting error in asp.net2 after publishing

hi
I am new in asp.net and i have a question. my source works perfectly in localhost but after publishing i get this error:

Parser Error

Description: An error occurred during the parsing of a resource required to service this request. Please review the following specific parse error details and modify your source file appropriately.

Parser Error Message: Could not load the assembly 'App_Web_1eiylnrk'. Make sure that it is compiled before accessing the page.

Source Error:

Line 1: <%@ control language="VB" autoeventwireup="false" inherits="index, App_Web_1eiylnrk" %>

I get this error for every single web page that i have. I checked the .dll files in the bin folder and it matches the source.I am just so desperate to solve this problem can you please help me out.
