rundll32.exe

This has begun showing up randomly in Task Manager after I use the PC (XP
Pro). I was able to find the command lines, one is InetCpl.cpl,
ClearMyTracksByProcess 1, the other is the same except the 1 is a 16. The PC
is running OK, no error messages. I have run all my anti-virus and
anti-spyware in Safe Mode and came up negative. Any idea what is going on??
Thanks.
