about dlls

i hav one MFC shared dll loaded in a vc++ application.

i hav written an RCW wrapper by creating a com dll so that .net components can talk wit vc++ application and it was successful. This is bascially achieved by creating COM dll and converting it into .net assembly. This COM DLL is loading that MFC DLL. i did so just to test that can i communicate between .NET AND VC++

question:

now since my vc++ hav already loaded my MFC dll , I should not load it again from my com dll, but i sholud be able to use the same dll which is already loaded by my vc++ an do all functionalities provided by my MFC dll from my com dll.

how to achieve this ??
help me ! please
