Problem converting VS.NET 2003 to 2005

I am getting errors when I try to convert my 2003 solution and/or project to 2005.

When I try opening my solution file in 2005 and going through the conversion wizard it gives me an error "Some of the properties associated with the solution could not be read.", then when I opt to read the conversion report it gives me no issues and says that it was converted successfully. When I open the solution again though, it opens the solution with nothing in it. It looks as if it creates a project folder in the same directory and then trys to associate it with the solution instead of the one it should be.

Any suggestions on how to get this to work?

Don't use the solution. Use the project.
I suggest converting your projects over (one at a time if there's multiple in a solution) and then creating a new solution with 2005 for those projects.

Thanks, that didn't work initially, but then I did some research and there was a patch that I didn't have for converting web projects over. I downloaded that from the microsoft site and then it converted over very nicely.
