C# Windows Application - My.Settings equivalent

Hello

Could someone tell me what is the equivalent of My.Settings when using C#?

I wanted to make use of Settings.cs, I have this connections string "myconn" setup in that file and I have not found yet the proper way to address that variables.

private static Properties.Settings mySettings = new Properties.Settings();
 
private void CheckSettings()
{
   this.Checked = mySettings.ShowInTaskBar;
}
 

I have a setting called "ShowInTaskBar" (amung others) in my settings file.
