C# Application Settings

18
Hi all, is it possible to have different user.config file for different
instances of an application running on the same machine?
I've seen that a different folder is created under Documents and
Settings/User_name/Local setting/Application Data each time I run the
application from a different path.
Inside each of these folders there's a user.config file that stores a
different set of settings.
This way, the result is that I have a different set of settings for each
copy of the assembly.
I'd like to achieve the same result calling the same assembly several times
(creating multiple application instances) and passing a parameter to specify
if I want to load a particular set (as I do when I choose a particular path)
or if I want to create a new set (as I do when I copy and paste the assembly
to a new path). Is this possible?

Thanks in advance.

Ciro.
