Pure C++ proxy based on WSDL and WSE 3 compliant ?

Hi,
What is the best way to generate a C++ (unmanaged) proxy header file
from a wsdl ?
I looked at sproxy.exe, but I'm not sure that the client code would
use WSE 3 features, such as MTOM.

Moreover, I get an error message when using it :
service.wsdl(254,37) : warning SDL4008 : skipping
unrecognized extensibility element, with
[
namespace = "http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/wsdl/soap12/"
tag = "body"
]

Any advice would be great.
