private imported assembly in c# asp.net

Hi can some one tell me private imported assembly.
How to include that in a c# asp.net application.
Any examples will help me lot.
please note I am using .net 1.1.

What do you mean by a private assembly?
Classes cannot be declared private unless like are declared INSIDE another class
