Windows Mail Unsent Message

Hi All,
I am using Windows Mail on Vista Basic Home Edition (which is new to me).
It used to be all okay until recently I encountered a problem.
I sent an email to someone but that particular mail was stuck in my Outbox
(in which the content of the message 'Could Not Be Displayed'.
I can't even delete it! Everytime I close my Windows Mail, there'll be a
pop-up
saying that 'You've An Unsent Mail....'
Can anybody please help!

Thanks
