Applying security measures in .net

P: 2
I am making a website in Ms V Studio 2005 using C# and I want to make a security measure such that the information entered by the user is encrypted and can only be accessed by the person knowing the key. i am using IIS server installed on the same machine.
How do i do this?? there a better way to do this??..

I want to add a security feature to this site that i m making. The info eneterd by the user will be highly confidential and only the people intended to c it should be able to c this info at the receivers end. Its like an online tender system..

and who can see what

apply encryption to the passwords using any of the classes you are comfortable with from System.Security

But we would not be able to write it for you...(why?... if we did, we would be doing your job, isint it?)
