IE7 or other versions of it and MS Publisher 2003 Web authoring is

A question that i have of you is this:

This website....http:www.marshalltownkiwanis.org was created in ms publisher
2003. Viewing it in firefox, safari and netscape browsers, all recent and
assuredly confident the latest ones....the site appears the way it should.

However....in IE7, it is a mess...and only shows the marquee, and that
doesn't look the greatest.

What possibly might be the issue?

Thanks!
