Image Processing With C#(Optical Mark Recognition)

We are doing final year project in Optical Mark Recognition for automatic answer sheet processing using visual C#. We have completed the preprocessing techniques like converting it to gray scale, thresholding etc.
Now, we have been facing the problem in deskewing the image and extracting the bubbles in our program. Moreover, we are not getting the adequate materials in digital image processing with C#. So would you all help me so that we may finish our project in time.
Hoping the fruitful cooperation from you all.
