COM dll in Web Service

Hi
I need to use a COM DLL in a web service. Using VS 2005 and Visual Basic
I add reference to DLL and VS 2005 create a interop assembly.
If I try to use in code the interop assembly, I get an error
For example:

dim lo as new myDllLib.TnT
Debug.print lo.MyFuntion().ToString

System.InvalidCastException:

Unable to cast COM object of type myDllLib.TnTClass' to interface type
myDllLib.ITnT'.
This operation failed because the QueryInterface call on the COM component
for the interface with IID '{E2EC6353-352F-11D4-B405-0008C7EAC842}' failed
due to the following error: No such interface supported (Exception from
HRESULT: 0x80004002(E_NOINTERFACE)).

I get this error only in Web application or Web Service.
If I use the same code in a Windows Applcation, I get no error, and the code
works fine.

Thanks
Ernesto
