Update Datagrid in a Form c#

I have a problem. I am trying to change the color of some rows in a DataGrid table after I populate the table from a MySql database. They don't change color omly after i insert a new row or i do anything else.Please help me.
Here is a part of my code:

string query = "SELECT ID,TextAlarma,Prioritate,Data,Activ FROM alarma WHERE Activ=1";

Alarm_Table.DataSource = database.DatabaseExtraction();
Alarm_Table = this.TableColor(Alarm_Table);
Alarm_Table.Columns[0].Visible = false;
Alarm_Table.Columns[4].Visible = false;
Alarm_Table.Refresh();
this.Update();
}
