How to display entries

Hi Friends,
Iam completely New to .Net programming.Iam in learning stage.I want one simple program. i have one text Fields and Text area filed.when user submitt comment .then that comment display in the bottom of the page.another comment will be post user. that one also add to the bottom of the old comment.how to do this in vb.net.any one please help me.

put in a button for the user to submit their comment

handle the button click event.

what have you done upto now?
