Problem with binding data in listboxes

Hello, everyone, i've recently started using C# and i'm rather new to this language. I'm trying to make a small project now that is combining the basic knowledge of programming (according to me :) ). But of course i crashed a wall at a certain moment. Actually two walls. I checked a lot of webpages, forums, but couldn't find a solution. So, the problem is: I have two listboxes and two textboxes. The data, gathered in the listboxes is later on saved in two text files. But I want to make sorting when adding the new items there. I mean, entering data in BOTH textboxes is obligatory. And ill make a sorting in one of the listboxes but i need to make a binding of the items so that when the sortig is done, the items at the second listbox will still correspond to the items of the first one. But I can't do this, yet.
Second problem is how to make a checking of the alphabet that is entered in the textboxes (cyrillic or latin). I have done this in delphi, long ago, but can't do it now, don't know why :(
Hope someone will give me a clue about these things, thanks in advance.
