AFAIK, you'd have to enter them that way, but for better answers, try
posting in a Windows Mail group.

To find the group you need:

Then open your language in the TreeView on the left, scroll down to
"Windows", open and scroll down to "Windows Vista" and post in the "Windows
Mail" group.
