Reading XML with nested relations.

I am trying to load an XML file into a .Net DataSet using the ReadXml method
(in C#). The file is from the game EVE Online and is available at:

http://api.eve-online.com/eve/SkillTree.xml.aspx

I am having problems with nested relations and keep getting the following
error:

The table (rowset) cannot be the child table to itself in nested relations.

The main information I am after from this file is a table of 'typeName' and
their IDs 'typeID', 'groupName' and 'groupID' would also be good. Anything
else I can get from it would be a bonus.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
