Removing namespace from xml nodenames

1
Hi
Does any one know how to remove a namespace from an xml document and then pass the xml document on to a dll from a web service.

ie
<Request xmlns:m="http://runtime">
<m:Model>
<m:Name>Test</m:Name>
<m:PostProcess>false</m:PostProcess>
<m:Target>Printer</m:TargetEngine>
</m:Model>
</Request>

I want to remove m: and the xmlns. I currently remove it via string replace option
